Step 2 – Decide on the size of the party
Is this going to bean intimate party with a few friends or is it going to be a grand affair with lots of friends from school and family?

Step 3 – Budget
Boo! I know no one likes to hear the word budget but you need to be realistic. Money doesn’t grow on trees and you don’t want to plan such a party and go over budget which can cause not only MORE stress on the planning but also put yourself into debt. No sense into getting into debt over a sweet sixteen party. Besides you are gonna need to do that for her wedding in a few years. I kid!
