Sweet Sixteen Birthday: Sports Theme Idea

I know I have covered a lot of themes geared towards sweet sixteen birthday girls so this theme is geared to the sweet 16 boys! Although this theme can

also be loads of fun for a sweet 16 birthday girl to plan! Especially if she wants to target boys to attend her party. It’s the perfect co-ed team for all.

Venue

This can be held at the local high school gym, ice arena (probably easier to rent out during off season and you will get a decent rental price) a sports/athletics club, local park or your own home and backyard.

Attire

Dress up as your favorite sports player or in the appropriate team colors to be a team fan. If you want your theme to be specific i.e. than announce in the invitation that it is football or hockey themes, or whatever you choose.

Food

BBQ hot dogs, hamburgers, chip bowls with fruit and veggie platters. A nacho station would also be a big hit!
