Miley Cyrus Celebrates Her Sweet 16 at Disneyland

Miley shuts down Disneyland as 5,000 guests pay $250 each — with all the money going to charity. Partying right alongside Miley was her new 20-year-old boyfriend, Justin.

Miley’s actual birthday was Nov. 23.

Just goes to show you are never too old for Disneyland. :)
