Sixteen years later and you still remember all of your favorite fairy-tales, storybook characters and happy ever afters; and so will do guests.
Host an evening to be remembered by one and all with an Enchanted Evening party filled with fairytale and favorite storybook characters. Your guests can arrive dressed as their favorite character and they can also choose to be glammed up or in a casual costume.
If you are planning on making it a formal affair, than be sure to announce that it is formal so your guests can prepare accordingly.

Venue
Host in a ball room or like facility if possible since there will be lots of dancing.
Food
Have this event catered with succulent dishes and rich desserts.
Entertainment
Have your guests sing karaoke.
You definitely will want a DJ to play music for your teens to dance too.
Have a ballroom instructor come and teach a lesson in ballroom dancing.
Play fairytale trivia and award prizes for the correct answers.
You can also organize a Fairy Tale Squares
(like Hollywood Squares) addition game in which you could choose 6 guests (or more if you like) to sit on a panel and have two contestants off to the side competing for answers.
Play the movie “Enchanted” on a large screen.
Offer guests a ride in a horse drawn carriage around the streets near your venue.
Decor
Mix and match dining table story themes. For example: One table can be Beauty and The Beast themed and features a single red rose in a glass dome. Decorate with a cute teapot and tea cup and saucer. The next table could be The Wizard of Oz themed. Buy a snow globe that has the wizard of oz characters in it or the wizard’s castle etc. Place a small stuffed lion, scarecrow and tin man next to it or you can buy plastic figurines of them.
