Much like The Hills Spa Theme, this is aimed at sweet sixteen parties that are for girls only.
This can be fun for many girls to feel feminine, dainty and delicate. This can be great for party sizes of 3-12 guests.

Venue:
Host at a Tea House
For parties larger than 4 guests, you will need to make reservations for your local tea house several weeks in advance. Most tea houses still will require reservations even with 4 guests but usually 1-2 weeks in advanced is ok.
Most tea services last anywhere from 1-2 hours. Check your local tea house for details on price packages and timeframes.
You won’t need to worry about food because the food is included with your package. Packages will run $15.00-$25.00 per person.
You may want to purchase a birthday cake and bring the party back home after the tea is over.
Host at Home
You can really get creative with this theme at home. You can decorate the table with all sorts of tea decor. Tea sets, sweets and finger sandwiches.
Attire:
You will need a tea hat and a nice dress.
Favors:
Give your guests tea themed keepsakes. You can purchase tea cup sets (cup and saucer) from your local Goodwill store. Mix and match the tea cup sets so that your guests will have unique sets. Fill the cups with exotic flavored tea bags and cookies then wrap the sets up in pretty cheesecloth netting and tie securely with ribbon.
